Vacations should be about fun, family, sunshine, sand and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sugar Sands Realty & Management wants you to be able to relax and have fun during your vacation to the Alabama Gulf Coast. Here are a few tips to help keep your vacation in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach sunny and not stormy!

Check in begins at 4:00 pm, but is not guaranteed

Plan accordingly! If you arrive before your unit is ready, delay going to the store to buy your cold items like milk, butter and eggs. Unit preparation is dependent on multiple moving parts. We do everything we can to ensure a timely check in, but sometimes that doesn’t happen. Stay in communication with us and we will keep you informed!

Peace of mind with CSA Travel Insurance

Are you prepared for the unexpected? Travel Insurance will cover your vacation for named hurricanes that prompt a mandatory evacuation and rental properties that become uninhabitable. The Travel Insurance offered by Sugar Sands Realty provides peace of mind for you and your family. You can add Travel Insurance up to 21 days prior to arrival. If you would like to add that peace of mind to your vacation rental, you can contact us at 800-824-6462. Provided with each unit:

Top Sheet and Fitted Sheet per bed and sofa sleeper

One bath set for each guest (sleep capacity of unit)

One garbage can liner

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

One dishwasher pod

One roll of paper towels

All units have a Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot, and Blender.

We do not offer daily maid service, nor do we supply paper or cleaning products for your entire stay.  We recommend you bring:

Toilet Tissue

Paper Towels or Napkins

Aluminum Foil or Ziploc Bags

Dish Towels, Dish Rags or Dish Sponge

Personal Toiletries

Hair Blow Dryer

Dishwashing Liquid or Automatic Dishwasher Detergent
